To trade in your old straightener, you must enter code ‘TRADEIN’ at check-out when purchasing your new ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max. You will receive your new tool with a pre-paid shipping bag and return information card with a QR code to create a return label so you can send your old straightener to us within 14 days of receiving your new straighteners to qualify for your partial refund.
