Your new ghd will arrive with a prepaid shipping bag and return instructions, including a QR code to create your return label. To qualify, please send your old hair tool back to us within 14 days of receiving your new order.
Once we’ve received and verified your return meets the promotion criteria, we’ll issue your partial refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
