To receive your $150 or $100 refund, simply send back your old hair tool within 14 days of receiving your new ghd Chronos, ghd Chronos Max or ghd Chronos Curler. You can do this using the QR code included in your order, which allows you to create your free return postage label.
Once we’ve received and verified your return meets the promotion criteria, your partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
